About our services

About our services

What exactly does Pink Soup Golf do?
We plan and run corporate golf events in Lithuania. That covers everything from booking tee times and arranging catering to organising full multi-day trips with flights, hotels, and transport. You tell us what you need, and we make it happen.
Do our guests need to know how to play golf?
Not at all. Many of our events include people who've never held a club. We pair beginners with our PGA-qualified coach, use formats like Texas Scramble where everyone contributes, and make sure nobody feels left out. Some of our best events have been groups of complete beginners.
What formats do you offer?
We run six main formats: full-day corporate golf days, client entertainment half-days, golf coaching sessions, Nine & Wine evenings, Eighteen & Champagne days, and complete trip planning. We can mix and match to fit your group.
How many people can you handle?
From a group of 2 up to about 40 players per day on the course. For larger corporate events, we can spread across multiple days or combine golf with other activities. The conference room holds 50, and the banquet hall fits even more.
Can you do branding and custom touches?
Yes. Branded tee markers, scoreboards, flags, welcome packs, printed menus -- whatever you need. We've done bespoke awards, logo'd golf balls, and even custom pin flags. Just tell us what you're after.
What's included in your event management?
Everything you'd expect and then some. We handle course booking, format design, player groupings, catering, equipment rental, coaching for beginners, prizes, photography, branding, and on-the-day coordination. You focus on your guests.

About the golf course

About the golf course

Where is Capitals Golf Club?
It's in central Lithuania, roughly halfway between Vilnius and Kaunas. About 45 minutes from Vilnius airport and 45 minutes from Kaunas airport. Check out the full venue page for details and photos.
What's the course like?
18 holes, championship layout, set across 140 hectares of morainic landscape inside a Natura 2000 protected area. Ancient forests, bog woodlands, rolling hills. It was Lithuania's first 18-hole course and won 'Best New International Project' from US GOLF INK in 2008.
What facilities does the club have?
There's a restaurant with a terrace right next to the 18th green, a conference room for up to 50 people, a banquet hall, a driving range, and on-site accommodation -- five hotel rooms plus hostel-style options. It's all in one place.
Is the course usually crowded?
No. That's one of the biggest advantages. Golf isn't mainstream in Lithuania, so you'll often have the course largely to yourselves. No queues on the first tee, no waiting for the group ahead. It's a completely different experience from courses in the UK or Spain.

Logistics and travel

Logistics and travel

Is Lithuania easy to get to?
Very. Direct flights from London, Berlin, Dublin, Warsaw, Stockholm, Helsinki, Amsterdam, and plenty more -- mostly under 3 hours. Budget airlines like Ryanair and Wizz Air fly here too, so tickets are cheap. Both Vilnius and Kaunas have international airports.
Can you arrange flights and hotels?
That's what our trip planning service is for. Flights, airport transfers, hotel bookings, restaurant reservations, even sightseeing if your group wants to explore Vilnius or Kaunas. You send us the guest list and dates; we sort everything else.
What's the best time of year to play?
May through September. June and July are peak season with the longest days -- sunset around 10pm in midsummer. September is beautiful too: warm, golden light, fewer people. The course closes over winter.
What about transport to the course?
We arrange transfers from airports, hotels, or Vilnius/Kaunas city centres. Minibuses for groups, private cars for smaller parties. The drive is scenic -- you'll see the Lithuanian countryside before you even reach the first tee.
Can we stay at the golf club?
Yes. Capitals Golf Club has five hotel rooms and hostel-style accommodation on site. It's basic but comfortable, and you can't beat rolling out of bed and onto the first tee. For larger groups or something more upscale, we book hotels in Vilnius or Kaunas.

Pricing and booking

Pricing and booking

How much does it cost?
It depends on the format, group size, and what you want included. Half-day events start around EUR 50-80 per person. Full-day tournaments with catering run EUR 100-200 per person. Multi-day trips vary. Get in touch and we'll put together a custom quote.
How far in advance should we book?
Six to eight weeks is ideal. For summer weekends with 20+ players, three months is safer. But we've pulled off events with two weeks' notice when the calendar allows. Earlier is always better for getting your preferred dates.
What's your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. Cancellations more than 30 days out get a full refund minus any non-recoverable deposits. Between 14-30 days, we refund 50%. Under 14 days, we can often reschedule instead. See our full terms for specifics.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 30% deposit to confirm the booking. The rest is due 14 days before the event. We accept bank transfers and all major credit cards. No surprises -- the price in the proposal is the price you pay.
