Every event is different. Here's what moves the number up or down.
Group size
Bigger groups get better per-person rates. We can accommodate 2 to 40 players per event.
Catering level
A casual BBQ costs less than a five-course dinner with champagne. You choose the menu, we give you options at every price point.
Branding
Branded tee markers, flags, scoreboards, welcome packs -- these add cost but make a real impact. Tell us your budget.
Season
Peak season is June through August. May and September are just as beautiful, slightly lower rates, and easier to book.
Accommodation
On-site rooms at the club are simple and affordable. Vilnius hotels range from budget to boutique. We book whatever fits.

We've all been burned by "from" prices that double once you add the extras. We don't do that. The price in your proposal includes everything we discussed. Green fees, catering, coaching, equipment rental, coordination, VAT -- all of it.
One invoice. One number. If something changes after you book -- bigger group, fancier dinner, extra branding -- we'll give you the updated price before we proceed. No ambushes.
We charge a 30% deposit to confirm. The rest is due 14 days before the event. Bank transfer or credit card. Simple.
