What data we collect

Contact form submissions

When you fill out our contact or inquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, phone number, and any details you include in your message. We don't collect data you don't give us.

Analytics (PostHog)

We use PostHog for website analytics. PostHog collects anonymised data about how visitors use our site -- pages viewed, time spent, device type, approximate location (country level). This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.

PostHog analytics only load after you've given consent through our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics data is collected. You can change your preference at any time through the cookie settings in the footer.

Server logs

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard server logs including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is processed by Cloudflare in accordance with their privacy policy and is retained for a limited period for security and performance purposes.

Why we collect it

We process your data for these purposes:

  • Contact form data -- to respond to your inquiry and provide you with a proposal. Legal basis: legitimate interest (you've asked us to get in touch).
  • Analytics data -- to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. Legal basis: consent (you choose to opt in through our cookie banner).
  • Server logs -- to maintain website security and performance. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Where your data is processed

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes data through their EU data centres. PostHog analytics data is processed in the EU. We don't transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.

How long we keep it

  • Contact form submissions -- 2 years from the date of submission, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
  • Analytics data -- anonymised and aggregated. Individual session data is automatically deleted after 90 days.
  • Server logs -- retained by Cloudflare for up to 72 hours.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access -- request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification -- ask us to correct any inaccurate data.
  • Erasure -- ask us to delete your personal data.
  • Restriction -- ask us to stop processing your data in certain circumstances.
  • Portability -- request your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection -- object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdraw consent -- for analytics, you can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

Children's privacy

Our services are aimed at businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted data through our site, please contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll note the new date at the top. We won't reduce your rights under this policy without your consent.
