The honest truth

Golf in Western Europe is overpriced and overcrowded. Lithuania isn't.

We've played golf in the US, Singapore, Australia, and across Europe. The pattern is always the same: you pay too much, wait too long, and share the course with strangers. Lithuania has none of that. World-class courses, real nature, real food, and prices that won't make your finance team flinch.

No queues. Really.

Golf isn't mainstream here. You'll often have the course to yourselves. No waiting for the group ahead, no rushing for the group behind.

Protected nature reserve

Our home course sits inside a Natura 2000 site. Ancient forests, rolling morainic hills, and the kind of quiet you can't fake.

Prices that make sense

A green fee at Capitals Golf Club is EUR 65 for 18 holes. Try finding that in the UK or Spain. Your entire event costs what green fees alone cost elsewhere.

Fly in, play, fly home

Direct flights from most EU cities to Vilnius or Kaunas. Both airports are 45-60 minutes from the course. Short flights, cheap tickets.

How it works

Three steps. That's it.

You tell us what you want. We make it happen. You show up and look good.

1

Tell us about your group

How many people, what's the vibe, any dates in mind? Fill out the form, book a call, or message us on WhatsApp. Takes 5 minutes.

2

We design your event

Custom proposal: course, format, catering, transport, accommodation. One proposal, one price, no surprises.

3

Show up and play

We handle everything on the day -- meet and greet, coaching, catering, prizes. You focus on your guests.

Why golf works

The format that does what meeting rooms can't

Close deals on the fairway

A boardroom meeting gives you 45 minutes of divided attention. A golf round gives you 4-5 hours of real conversation with your most important clients -- walking, talking, laughing. No screens, no interruptions.

There's a reason CEOs and managing directors have been closing deals on golf courses for decades. The format works.

Build a team that actually talks to each other

Nobody bonds in a conference room. Put people on a golf course -- beginners and all -- and something changes. Conversations happen that don't happen at the office. The hierarchy disappears for a few hours.

We've seen teams come in as colleagues and leave as friends. Sounds cheesy. Happens every time.

What people say

Don't take our word for it

"We brought our team for a strategy day. Half of them had never held a club. By the 9th hole, everyone was talking -- not about policy, but about ideas. That's when the best work happens."

Policy Impact Lab

"We flew our remote team to Lithuania for a company retreat. Everything was handled -- transfers, tee times, dinner. We just showed up and played."

Aero.zip

"I've hosted clients on golf courses across Europe. Capitals is different -- private, quiet. Three meetings on the fairway, two turned into contracts."

Linas V., Lobster Pack

"Our annual offsite used to be a conference room and bad coffee. Now it's 18 holes, fresh air, and conversations that actually move projects forward."

Common questions

What you're probably wondering

Do our guests need to know how to play golf?
Nope. We pair beginners with our coach Donatas, use formats like Texas Scramble where everyone contributes, and make sure nobody feels left out. Some of our best events have been with people picking up a club for the first time.
What's the best time of year?
May through September. June and July give you the longest days -- sunset around 10pm. September is beautiful too: warm, golden light, fewer people. The course closes for winter.
How far in advance should we book?
Six to eight weeks is ideal. For a summer weekend with 20+ players, three months is better. But we've pulled off events with two weeks' notice.
Can you handle flights and hotels too?
That's literally what we do. Flights, airport transfers, hotel bookings, restaurant reservations, even sightseeing. You send us the guest list, we sort the rest.
How much does it cost?
Depends on format and group size. Half-day events start around EUR 50-80 per person. Full-day tournaments with catering run EUR 100-200 per person. Get in touch for a custom quote.
Is Lithuania easy to get to?
Very. Direct flights from London, Berlin, Warsaw, Stockholm, Helsinki, and many more -- mostly under 3 hours. Budget airlines fly here too, so tickets are cheap.
