We find the best routes and prices from your city. Direct flights to Vilnius or Kaunas from most EU capitals, usually under 3 hours.

Hotel bookings

From 3-star business hotels to 5-star boutique in Vilnius Old Town. We match your budget and book rooms with group rates where available.

Airport transfers

Private minibus from the airport to your hotel and to the golf course. We meet you at arrivals with a sign and cold water.

Tee time reservations

Priority booking at Capitals Golf Club. We reserve your start time, arrange carts, and coordinate with the pro shop.

Restaurant bookings

Dinner reservations at Vilnius's best restaurants. We know which places are worth it and which are tourist traps.

Sightseeing & extras

Vilnius Old Town walking tours, Trakai Castle visits, spa sessions, craft beer tastings. We fill the non-golf hours with things worth doing.

A typical 2-day golf trip

This is what most groups go with. Fly in, golf, eat well, fly home. We customize everything to your group.

Day one -- arrival

Afternoon

Land at Vilnius airport. Private transfer to your hotel in Old Town. Check in, freshen up.

Late afternoon

Walking tour of Vilnius Old Town (UNESCO World Heritage). The architecture genuinely surprises people.

Evening

Dinner at one of Vilnius's top restaurants. Modern Lithuanian cuisine, excellent wine list. We book a private table or a separate room for groups.

Day two -- golf

Morning

Breakfast at hotel. Private minibus picks you up at 8:30. 45-minute drive to Capitals Golf Club.

Daytime

18 holes on the championship course. Coaching available. On-course refreshments. Lunch at the clubhouse after the round.

Afternoon

Transfer back to Vilnius. Drop-off at airport or hotel depending on flight times. Late flights give you time for one more dinner.

Do you book flights for us?

We research and recommend the best flight options, but you book them directly. Why? Because corporate travel policies vary -- some companies need to book through their own travel agents or credit cards. We give you the flight numbers, times, and prices. You or your travel admin handle the actual booking.

What hotels do you work with?

We have partnerships with hotels in Vilnius, Kaunas, and near the course. Ranges from solid 3-star business hotels to 5-star luxury in Vilnius Old Town. We match the hotel to your budget and your group's expectations.

Can you plan a multi-day trip?

That's what we do best. Two-day trips are our sweet spot: arrive in the afternoon, dinner in Vilnius Old Town, golf the next day, fly home in the evening. But we've done 3-4 day trips too, with sightseeing, spa visits, and multiple rounds of golf.

What about restaurant recommendations?

We don't just recommend -- we book. Vilnius has a restaurant scene that surprises everyone. Think creative Lithuanian cuisine, excellent wine bars, and prices that are genuinely affordable for the quality. We'll build a dining itinerary that matches your group's taste.

How far is the golf course from Vilnius and Kaunas?

Capitals Golf Club is in Elektrenai, roughly 45 minutes from both Vilnius and Kaunas. We arrange minibus transfers both ways. Most groups stay in Vilnius (better nightlife, more restaurants) and we drive them to the course.
